Martha Dear is looking for an experienced cook to join our team. The position isapproximately 40 hours a week. Pizza experience is preferred but not required. An interest in sourdough and local flour is a plus. You will work side by side with the chef-owner, Demetri. There are opportunities for growth.

We are a neighborhood restaurant that specializes in Neapolitan style sourdough pizza open Wednesday - Sunday. Our menu centers around our sourdough offerings and has many Greek influences. We have special pies every week depending on what is available from the farms. Our small team values compassion and accountability. Responsibilities
- Prep food for service
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare menu items in high quality and timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Stock + record inventory appropriately
- Breakdown and clean station post service
- Closing side work
- Minimum of 1 year in a professional kitchen
